PIRELLI: SHAREHOLDERS AGREEMENTS

Milan, 13 July 2018 – In fulfilment of the requirements of article 129 of Consob Regulation 11971/99 here attached is the extract of the Camfin Shareholders’ Agreements - updated as a result of the merger of Nuove Partecipazioni SpA into Camfin SpA - that will be published by its underwriters tomorrow, July 14, 2018 in the daily newspaper “MF” and contain the agreements that regard Pirelli & C. SpA.
