Another double podium for Pirelli in FIA GT

3rd Overall And 1st, 2nd And 3rd in the NGT Class

Oschersleben, Germany, 15th July - Pirelli shod cars in the 6th round of the FIA GT Championship were once again at the front of the action. In the GT class the Team Belmondo Viper of Babini and Duez upheld Pirelli honour with 3rd overall, unable to do anything about the extra power of the Ferrari 550 and Lister Jaguar ahead, but comfortably beating the similar Viper of top French team Larbre.

In the NGT class it was total Pirelli domination, with Philipp Peter and Toto Wolff in the Italian AutoOrlando squad leading home the similar Pirelli shod Porsche GT3R of Garcia/Felbermayer and the JMB Ferrari 360GT of Bertolini/Garbagnati.

The FIA GT Championship, co-sponsored and covered extensively by Eurosport TV, heads to the immesely popular Spa 24 Hours for the next round on August 3rd/4th.
