Board of Directors co-opts Claudio Sposito and Paolo Fiorentino

CLAUDIO SPOSITO NOMINATED MEMBER OF STRATEGIES COMMITTEE The Board of Directors of Pirelli & C. met today and proceeded to co-opt  Claudio Sposito  and Paolo Fiorentino. The nominations came after the resignations from the Board of Vittorio Malacalza and Giulia Maria Ligresti, announced respectively on May 10^th, 2013, and July 24^th, 2013. The position held by board member Carlo Salvatori remains vacant following his also recent (October 16^th, 2013) resignation.
