New date for Pirelli & C. Spa Board of Directors

Milan, 16 February 2005 - Pirelli & C. SpA informs that the Board of Directors - which will examine Group's preliminary and unaudited financial results for the year end on 31 December 2004 - will meet on 25 February 2005 (and not on 22 February, as previously announced).
