Pirelli & C.: Shareholders’ Agreement renewed until April 2013
No change in members or in shares conferred
Milan, 19 January 2010 – Pirelli & C. SpA communicates that the “Sindacato di Blocco Azioni Pirelli & C. SpA” shareholders’ agreement has been renewed with an expiration date of 15 April 2013. All the members in the shareholders’ agreement have expressed the will to renew the agreement within the deadline contractually determined for withdrawal, 15 January 2010. The following are the members of the Sindacato di Blocco Azioni Pirelli & C. SpA and the number of ordinary shares conferred to the shareholders’ agreement:
