COMPANY EVENTS CALENDAR

Pirelli & C. S.p.A. announces the following information in relation to board and shareholder meetings for the fiscal year 2018: -       Board of Directors meeting to approve consolidated results for the year ended in December 31, 2017 will be held on February 26, 2018; -       Board of Directors meeting to review intermediary results for the three months ending on March 31, 2018 will be held on May 10, 2018; -       Shareholder meeting to approve the annual report for 2017 will be held on May 15, 2018*; -       Board of directors meeting to review intermediary results for the six months ending on June 30, 2018 will be held on August 7, 2018; -       Board of directors meeting to review intermediary results for the nine months ending on September 30, 2018 will be held on November 13, 2018. Any changes to the dates indicated above will be communicated promptly to the market.
