ELECTIVE PUBLICATION OF QUARTERLY FINANCIAL INFORMATION

CALENDAR OF COMPANY EVENTS FOR 2017

Milan, 12 October 2017 – Pirelli & C. S.p.A. announces that  - continuing its practice to date and with the aim of guaranteeing continuity of information to the market - it will continue to publish, on an elective basis, the additional financial information indicated in article 82-ter of Consob Regulation 11971/99. The intermediate reports relative to the quarters which end on 31 March and 30 September each year will therefore be approved and published within 45 days of the end of the relative quarter and the information contained will be in line with that of similar past releases from the company. The quarterly results will be communicated to the market through the distribution of a press release after its relative approval by the Board of Directors, as well as being published on the Company’s website www.pirelli.com and on the eMarket Storage mechanism.

It should also be noted, that the Board of Directors meeting to review and approve the intermediate results for the three months to 30 September 2017 is scheduled for 8 November 2017. After that meeting a press release will be distributed relative to the results for the three months to 30 September 2017 and these will be illustrated to the financial community via conference call.
