FIA GT: win with Saleen and Ferrari 360!

Brno, May 29th 2004 - Fantastic week end for Pirelli that catches up a full win, carrying to the victory the Michael Bartels and Uwe Alzen's Saleen of Konrad - Vitaphone team and the Ferrari 360 of GPC Squadra Corse team, lead dearly by Fabrizio De Simone and Christian Pescatori, the category's pole man. The Saleen Pirelli PZero equipped has literally dominated the race, overtaking the Bobbi's Ferrari 550 at start: a great race for three hours, that it has marked the best lap of the race and, losing a wheel and a position 16 min. from the end, it has accomplished a formidable recovery with still efficient tyres after thirty laps, cutting the goal. Therefore Alzen tells the happened: "A perfect race, I'd like to thanks the team that has worked hardly for this race and Pirelli because it has allowed a performance that has rout the competition". In N-GT stunning performance for Ferrari 360, that after a wonderful pole position obtained thanks to the new construction Pirelli tyres, it has confirmed a perfect drivers shape and the technical potential in terms of car and tyres, contrasting with great effectiveness the competition's Porsche.
