Pirelli & C.: Shareholders' agreement renewed until April 2010
No variation in members or in shares conferred
Milan, 17 January 2007 - Pirelli & C. SpA communicates that none of the members of the Company's Shareholders' Agreement manifested a will to withdraw by the contractually determined deadline of 15 January 2007.
The Agreement therefore remains in force, with the same composition, until the new deadline of 15 April 2010.
Therefore, the members of the Pirelli & C. SpA Shareholders' Agreement and the number of ordinary shares conferred to the Agreement are the following:
