Pirelli: all shareholders in shareholders' agreement purchase shares put up for sale by Capitalia

It is made known that today Capitalia Partecipazioni S.p.A sold its 81,665,400 ordinary shares in Pirelli & C. S.p.A. which had been conferred to the Pirelli & C. S.p.A. Shareholders' Agreement (equal to approximately 1.56% of the ordinary share capital), pro-quota to the other participants in the Shareholders' Agreement.

The price was 0.826 euros for each share, equal to, in conformity with what was established by the Shareholders' Agreement, the average stock market price registered in the three months preceding the sale offer. The above-mentioned shares were redistributed as follows:
