Pirelli and Roadone Tyre sign joint-venture contract in China
Milan, 16 June 2005 - Pirelli and Roadone Tyre Co. Ltd. signed a joint-venture contract aimed at starting the manufacturing of all-steel radial truck tyres in the Shandong Province.
The transaction, which is expected to be completed within the year, is subject to the approval of the relevant Authorities.
