PIRELLI CLOSES 525 MILLION EURO SCHULDSCHEIN FINANCING

As already announced to the market on June 22, 2018, Pirelli & C. today closed a “Schuldschein” financing – guaranteed by Pirelli Tyre – for a total of 525 million euro. The financing, granted by primary market participants, consists of one 82 million euro tranche with a 3-year maturity, one of 423 million euro with a 5-year maturity and one of 20 million euro with a 7-year maturity.

The transaction will facilitate reimbursement of existing debt, further optimizing its structure and costs.
