Pirelli is SWRC Champion 2000

The Pirelli-fitted Ferrari 333SP driven by Christian Pescatori and David Terrien won last Sunday the SRWC (Sports Racing World Cup) at the N|rburgring track in Germany. Second place for the Pirelli-fitted Ferrari of Zadra-Peter; 3rd for the Ford-engined Lola driven by Konrad-Maassen-von Gartzen.

Thanks to this victory, Pescatori and Terrien are the 2000 SRWC season champions two events before the end of the series, allowing Pirelli to score its second SWRC crown in a row, after the one of 1999.

As it happened one year ago, this SRWC season success talks also of the high performance and reliability degree shown at every race by the PZero circuit tyres range, able to win under the most different and technically hard race conditions.
