PIRELLI: LEADERSHIP OF THE SHAREHOLDER BLOCK AGREEMENT MANDATES SHAREHOLDER CONSULTATIONS FOR EVENTUAL EARLY DISSOLUTION OF THE AGREEMENT

The leadership of the Pirelli & C. Shareholder Block Agreement met today and decided, at the proposal of Mr. Marco Tronchetti Provera, to mandate Mr. Alessandro Pedersoli to launch consultations among all the shareholders belonging to the Shareholder Block Agreement in view of the Agreement’s upcoming expiry (April 15^th, 2014), also for the purpose of evaluating the possibility of an early dissolution of the Agreement.
