PIRELLI: MARCH 20 FULL REIMBURSEMENT OF THE “PIRELLI INTERNATIONAL PLC €600,000,000 1.750 PER CENT. GUARANTEED NOTES DUE 18 NOVEMBER 2019” BOND

Following from the communication of February 23, 2018, Pirelli announces that on March 20, 2018, its subsidiary Pirelli International Plc will proceed with the early redemption in full of its 600 million euro bond denominated “Pirelli International PLC €600,000,000 1.750 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 18 November 2019” (ISIN XS1139287350), listed on the Luxembourg stock exchange.

The reimbursement for each note with a nominal value of 1,000 euro will be at a price of 1,031.15 euro, being the Make-Whole Amount, to which will be added 5.85 euro per note as interest accrued from November 18, 2017 until March 20, 2018 (excluded).
