PIRELLI: SHAREHOLDER AGREEMENTS
Milan, 7 March 2023 - At the request of Camfin SpA and Longmarch Holding S.à.r.l., with the aim of greater explanatory clarity, Pirelli announces that the extract of the agreement between Camfin SpA and Longmarch Holding S.à.r.l. which replaces that which was announced on 1 March 2023, is available. The extract published today reflects in the text rather than the notes the events which took place after 30 June 2021, also including the tacit renewal for a further 3-year period.
It should be noted that the agreement between Camfin SpA and Longmarch Holding S.à.r.l. of 13 May 2020, as modified on 30 June 2021, contains shareholder agreements regarding Pirelli and is published in accordance with article 130 of the Regolamento Emittenti Consob 11971/99.
