PIRELLI TO PRESENT NEW INDUSTRIAL PLAN 2013-2017 IN LONDON ON 8 MAY

First quarter results board meeting moved to 7 May and annual shareholder meeting to 13 May, 2013

Milan, 20 February 2013 - Pirelli will present its new industrial plan for the period 2013 – 2017 to the financial community on May 8th, 2013, in London. As a consequence, the Board of Directors meeting, which will also review the operational results for the three months ending March 31st, will take place on May 7th instead of May 8th as previously announced. The annual shareholders’ meeting, instead, will be held on May 13th, 2013, and no longer on May 8th as previously announced to the market.
