Pirelli: to proceed to underwrite ordinary shares of capital increase of Pirelli Re

Milano, 16 giugno 2009 - Pirelli & C. SpA communicates that today it has proceeded to underwrite all the ordinary shares pertaining to it (equal to about 58.1% of the rights offered in option) of the capital increase of Euro 399.3 million resolved upon by Pirelli & C. Real Estate Spa.
