Pirelli: Variation in Corporate Events Calendar

Milan, 20 July 2009 - Pirelli & C. SpA communicates that the Board of Directors' meeting for review of the half-year financial report as of 30 June 2009 will be held on Wednesday 29 July 2009, and not on 30 July as previously announced.
