Second tranche of Olimpia capital increase

Second tranche of Olimpia capital increase fully subscribed
Milan, 29 December 2003 - Olimpia SpA informs that all Company's shareholders fully subscribed and paid pro-quota the second tranche - for an amount of 70 million Euros - of the capital increase of up to 770 million Euros, at par value, in two separate tranches approved last 13 November.

The second tranche will be used to subscribe Olimpia's quota (19.99%) in Holinvest 342.7 million euros capital increase, which was approved on 14 November.
