Shareholders Agreement extended until April 2007

Milan, 23 January 2004 - Pirelli & C. SpA informs that no participant to Shareholders Agreement of Pirelli & C. SpA communicated - within the deadline of 15 January 2004 - intention of receding.

 

Shareholders Agreement is therefore extended with the same members until 15 April 2007.
