SnowSport™: The new Winter Tyre
NEW WINTER SNOWSPORT WINTER 240 SNOWSPORT™ & WINTER 210 SNOWSPORT™ and WINTER 190 SNOWSPORT™ Three new patterns represent Pirelli's new generation of winter tyres, designed to cover the widest spectrum of cold weather and seasonal driving conditions, ideal for high performance vehicles, medium to high-power saloon cars and luxury class vehicles. All with asymmetrical profile but different in sizes and speed codes (from T, H up to V) the Snowsport range has innovative and technically enhanced silica compound (Silica II). The new mix optimises the tyre behaviour on mix surfaces, for outstanding snow, ice and wet grip. Remarkable aquaplaning characteristics have been acheived thanks to its computer-aided optimised tread design. New "sipes" system (with symmetrical block effect) for excellent traction also on dry roadways. Increased comfort with high curve stability and reduced noise emission.
