PIRELLI: CALENDAR OF COMPANY EVENTS FOR 2024
ON 6 MARCH, 2024 THE UPDATE OF THE INDUSTRIAL PLAN TO 2025
Milan, 20 December 2023 – Pirelli & C. S.p.A. announces the following information in relation to board and shareholder meetings for the fiscal year 2024:
- March 6, 2024: Board of Directors meeting to approve consolidated results for the year ending on December 31, 2023 and the Industrial Plan update to 2025; on the same day the Industrial Plan update will be disclosed to the market;
- May 9, 2024: Board of Directors meeting to approve intermediary results for the three months ending on March 31, 2024;
- May 28, 2024 (*): Shareholders meeting to approve the annual report for the year ending on December 31, 2023;
- August 1, 2024: Board of Directors meeting to approve intermediary results for the six months ending on June 30, 2024;
- November 7, 2024: Board of Directors meeting to approve intermediary results for the nine months ending on September 30, 2024.
Maintaining the practice to date adopted and with the aim of guaranteeing continuity of information to the market, also during 2024 Pirelli - on a voluntary basis and with the time and manner already communicated to the market - will continue to communicate additional quarterly periodic financial information as foreseen in Article 82-ter of Consob Regulation 11971/99.
Any changes to the calendar of company events for 2024 will be promptly communicated to the market.
