PIRELLI: PUBLICATION OF THE UPDATED COMPANY’S BYLAWS

Milan, 26 January 2026 – Pirelli & C. SpA announces that the new version of the Company’s Bylaws has been updated to reflect the change in share capital as announced on 22 December 2025. The new Bylaws, registered with the Companies’ Register of Milano, Monza-Brianza, Lodi on 23 January 2026, is available to the public at the Company’s registered office in Milan, Viale Piero e Alberto Pirelli n. 25, as well as on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage (www.emarketstorage.com) and the Company's website www.pirelli.com.
