PIRELLI: SHAREHOLDER AGREEMENTS
Milan, 1 March 2023 – In compliance with the requirements of article 129 of Consob Issuers’ Regulation 11971/99 attached is the announcement that will be published tomorrow, 2 March 2023, in the newspapers “Il Sole 24 Ore” and “MF” by the signatories -Brembo SpA, Next Investment Srl, NuovaFourB Srl, Camfin SPA and Marco Tronchetti Provera & C. SpA- relative to the signing, on 28 February 2023, of an agreement containing shareholder arrangements related to Pirelli.

In addition, the company announces the finalization, as notified to Pirelli by the interested parties, of the tacit renewal for another 3-year period (hence until 13 May 2026) of the agreement between Camfin SpA and Longmarch Holding S.à.r.l. of 13 May 2020, as modified on 30 June 2021, containing shareholder arrangements relating to Pirelli. The essential information of the agreement, updated with the news of the renewal, are published in accordance with article 130 of Consob’s Issuers’ Regulation 11971/99 on Pirelli’s website, www.pirelli.com.
