Milan, 21 June 2023 – In fulfilment of the requirements of the Regolamento Emittenti Consob 11971/99 , attached is the extract, pursuant to ex art 130 RE, of the Renewal of the Shareholder Agreement signed on 16 May 2022, by China National Chemical Corporation Limited, China National Tire & Rubber Corporation, Ltd., CNRC International Limited, Fourteen Sundew S.à r.l., Marco Polo International Italy S.r.l., Camfin S.p.A. and Marco Tronchetti Provera & C. S.p.A. – updated to take into account the provisions of the Golden Power DPCM , which contains certain measures pertaining to the agreements contained in the Renewal Shareholders Agreement.
