PIRELLI: SHAREHOLDERS’ AGREEMENTS

Milan, 2 March 2026 – In compliance with art. 129 of the Regolamento Emittenti (Issuers’ Regulation) approved by Consob with resolution 11971/99 (“RE”), here attached is the announcement that will be published tomorrow, 3 March 2026, on the newspaper “MF”, by the subscribers, regarding the termination, on 28 February 2026, of the shareholders’ agreement pertaining to Pirelli, executed on 28 February 2023 between Camfin S.p.A., Marco Tronchetti Provera & C. S.p.A., Nuova FourB S.r.l., Brembo N.V. (formerly Brembo S.p.A.) and Next Investment S.r.l. (the “Shareholders’ Agreement”). The termination of the Shareholders’ Agreement had already been disclosed to the market on 7 November 2025.
