Milan, 11 October 2021 – In fulfilment of the requirements of the Regolamento Emittenti, approved by Consob with its resolution 1971/99 (“(RE”), here with attached are the extracts, pursuant to art. 130 RE, of the agreement between ChemChina, CNRC, Silk Road Fund, Camfin SpA and Marco Tronchetti Provera & C. SpA. The agreement regards the long-term partnership related to Pirelli updated following the increase of the stake held by Camfin SpA in Pirelli & C. SpA.
